Elektrum is building an open and sustainable dialogue with employees, partners, customers and local communities, strengthening a safe working environment, supporting education, science and community initiatives, and implementing responsible corporate governance
Cooperation with stakeholders
Cooperation with stakeholders is an essential part of the Elektrum Group's responsible business and sustainability management. Stakeholders are identified and assessed in line with the ESRS and AA1000 standards, and the Group regularly involves them in assessing social, environmental and governance impacts, setting priorities and developing targets.
Stakeholder engagement takes place in various formats depending on current developments and action plans, including discussions on environmental issues, online seminars on the sustainability strategy and in-person consultations on aligning targets.
This approach ensures that the Group's targets reflect the interests of employees and society and the needs of environmental protection. Regular dialogue strengthens support for the sustainability strategy and makes it possible to set targets based on stakeholders' views.

Working environment
Our employees achieve the Group's goals and build relationships with society, customers and other stakeholders. A sustainable working environment that is open to competence development and diversity is one of the Elektrum Group's priorities.
Every day, the Elektrum Group takes care to provide employees with a safe and healthy working environment by promoting the creation of high-quality and comfortable workplaces and allowing employees to take part in identifying hazardous situations and proposing necessary improvements. This gives us the opportunity to work together to increase employee satisfaction, making employee health and safety the company's priority values at every stage of core operations and in interaction with society.
As working lives gradually become longer, the Elektrum Group carries out activities to develop individual knowledge and skills and to promote well-being. Physical activities have traditionally been highly valued in the Group, and our challenge is to increase their variety in order to encourage greater employee participation. The information systems needed for work are designed in line with the principles of an inclusive digital environment in order to promote digital well-being.
We regularly monitor emotional, occupational and physical safety at the workplace through the Employee Experience Survey to offer the most appropriate solutions to as many employees as possible.
The Elektrum Group adapts the working environment to employees as far as possible and, where employees cannot be protected by collective protective measures, provides them with innovative, modern and safe personal protective equipment.
We have joined the Mission Zero initiative which helps us to develop a Zero Accidents approach and to continuously improve occupational safety and health protection methods and processes.
When carrying out work and engaging cooperation partners, we rely on an open internal culture and encourage everyone to report all kinds of incidents that may endanger the safety or health of employees and of cooperation partners' employees. We regularly train employees and cooperation partners in occupational safety.
The Elektrum Group companies provide a fair remuneration system that reflects labour market trends, employee qualifications and work performance. We promote the understanding that value lies both in financial remuneration and in good working conditions, including a positive and developing working environment and the opportunities and benefits offered by the employer. Employees are motivated to perform at a high level by values, inspiring leadership and new challenges.
