* For voice telephony services in the fixed telephone network, a minimum speech transmission quality value of not less than 3 is ensured, using the five-point rating scale in accordance with International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Recommendation ITU-T P.862, and the fault repair time in its own fixed telephone network does not exceed 24 hours.
