Qualifications systems

Latvenergo AS invites Suppliers to submit applications for inclusion in a qualification system whose purpose is to select and maintain a list of qualified suppliers, enabling the commercial companies of the Latvenergo Group to obtain the required construction works and services promptly, at good quality and with appropriate guarantees from qualified Suppliers, and whose participants will be invited to take part in negotiated procedures for construction works/services in the procurement procedures organised by the commercial companies of the Latvenergo Group.

Participation in the selection procedure for establishing the qualification system takes place on equal terms for commercial companies or groups of suppliers established in accordance with the Commercial Law, or in accordance with the laws and regulations of their country of origin, regardless of their nationality, that wish to perform the works specified in these regulations.
